A Message from Our Company

TS Heat & Air cares about the health and wellbeing of our community and staff. In light of the COVID-19 virus, we are continuing to perform service calls, pre-season inspections and system change-outs to take care of our customers. In order to provide a safe work environment for our employees and for our customer’s safety we have initiated the following policies changes.

In line with our current policy, employees will not be allowed to work if they are ill.

Employees will wash their hands several times during the day.

Employees will wear a new pair of gloves at every job site.

No handshakes or fist bumps.

Employees will maintain a 6 foot “social distance” from all individuals in the home.
Please help us maintain this distance for everyone’s safety.

These changes are based on the current CDC guidelines and we will continue to keep you posted on updates as they arise. Thank you for your help and understanding during this difficult time.
